really good city center stay
central location rooftop bar delicious breakfast
The location is central. I found it only a short walk to shopping and the main tourist areas. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar and the pool area (it offers lovely views). breakfast was delicious with a large choice of options. Eggs were available upon request.
i found that the facilities smelled strongly of men's cologne, which i personally did not like. while the bedroom's size was adequate and the bed was comfortable, i felt the hotel was a bit overpriced overall.

the breakfast room offers a nice view of the city and the selection is fantastic (especially the fresh orange juice). a varied selection of foods is available, with a variety of hot and cold options.

the hotel features a rooftop infinity pool perfect for cooling off, offering superb views over the city. the spa provides excellent facilities in a relaxing environment (i didn't have treatments).

spotlessly clean helpful staff central street small pool blackout curtains quality price
the room was fine and spotlessly clean. water was delivered each day. staff were helpful and assisted us a lot. the hotel is in a main shopping street (very convenient).
the pool was tiny and packed with people. blackout curtains are not available in the rooms. i found it expensive considering the quality.

sleek design friendly staff accurate photos
the room was sleek and spacious, designed well. the staff were cute and friendly to everyone. the rooftop pool offered fantastic city views, which i enjoyed. the hotel's location is excellent for exploring the area. i found the photos on the website accurately depicted the room itself. i had no issues .

The lack of blackout curtains was a bit of a joke. I guess they expect you to be an early riser? the snacks by the pool seemed overpriced for what you get. I almost choked when I saw the bill.

The breakfast provided a great variety of options each morning. The spa area offered a clean and relaxing space. Its design aided unwinding.

limited natural light excessive minibar prices
the staff provided helpful service when i requested assistance.
The room i booked overlooked an internal courtyard. this meant limited natural light entered the space. the minibar prices were excessive. A small bottle of water cost 7 eur. the elevator system proved slow during peak hours.

Really good Stay
central location friendly staff complimentary cava spacious shower
I found the central location very convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. I received a complimentary bottle of cava because the hotel knew I was celebrating a special occasion. The shower was spacious and included Molton Brown toiletries.
The lobby sometimes felt a LITTLE crowded.
